Triceps Firming
On the back of the upper arm is the three headed triceps muscle. The front of the arm, the biceps, gets a natural workout with everyday lifting of groceries and kids. But the triceps doesn't get a lot of natural toning. Over time the triceps become weak and causes the back of the arms to look flabby. We reduce the jiggle on the back of the arms by toning and strengthening the triceps muscle group.
